  • Squarespace (and Shopify ) are Content Management Systems (CMS) editors for highly flexible websites. Perfect for small businesses, online-shops, visually stunning pages or innovative products.   • We’ve spent years building Squarespace websites, so we understand the amount of preparation, order of operation, and choices that need to be made. We are some of the original Squarespace Circle members – a community of experienced professionals and accomplished Squarespace users with exclusive benefits that help us better serve our clients.

  • For marketing and lead generation there's no better responsive website platform than Squarespace. A great solution for almost all types of websites, but there are limitations of each template. We identify and 'work-around' most of these limitations with the help of custom Javascript, CSS or Developer Mode. Most of our clients have an existing site, but need some level of additional functionality that does not 'appear' to be available with the tools provided by Squarespace. That’s were we come in!

  • One of the major benefits to working with us is the time you will save thanks to our experience with Squarespace and knowledge of website best practices.

  • All estimates are based on our hourly rate and vary by project and requests. Once you've completed the Intake Form (below) we'll have a better idea on how to price your project and how we can help. Sometimes a flat rate for each project is best, other times a monthly retainer is better suited.

Web Design Process:

  • First things first, please complete the Intake Form (below). It's our starting point to better understanding your business and website goals.

    Some things to keep in mind while completing your intake:

    • What's your website vision?

    • Describe your products/services.

    • Who's your target audience?

    • What actions do you want visitors to take when they get to your website?

    • How do you stand out in your industry? What sets you apart?

    • Do you have any existing branding/identity assets?

  • After we receive your intake form, we'll schedule a discovery call (or meet up if local) to discuss your goals, budget, timeline and make sure we’re a good working match.

  • After our call, we'll use your intake form and meeting notes to craft a customized Project Proposal for you. Your proposal will include:

    • Project Breakdown and Process

    • Deliverables (what's included and what's not)

    • Project Timeline with milestones

    • Your Investment & Billing Schedule

    • Terms & Conditions to ensure clarity

  • Once the Project Proposal is approved and your Contract signed, we will jump in!

    • The first stage of the web design process is all the backend setup of your website—we handle all that for you ensuring everything is in the right place from the get go.

    • We dive into designing your site, optimizing the layout, navigation, and user experience.

    • We keep you involved throughout the process — prompting you when to provide information as needed.

    • Hopefully, you’ll be delighted with the way the site is designed and how it functions and operates.

    • Once the revisions and refinements are made, your site is ready to launch.

    • Once we’ve completed the design and build, there are various testing procedures we run before launching your site.
