1 HOUR PLAN: Our most popular plan! One hour covers your basic monthly updates; adding blog entries, simple content changes, or implementing new features.

2, 3, 4 HOUR PLAN: Looking to make visual design changes? Revamping elements on your site? Adding new products/collections? Reorganizing pre-existing content? Send us your desired change-requests and we’ll provide you with a time-estimate.

5+ HOURS: Should you require large-scale design modifications, want to change your current template, restyle, redesign, reconfigure your entire website, or if you’ve recently re-branded and need a complete website overhaul - please complete our Web Design Intake Form and we’ll work up a custom quote.

TERMS

When you begin a Maintenance Plan, you receive 30 days of web support based on your selected time block: 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.

All tasks are tracked minute-by-minute and deducted from your plan’s allocated timesheet.

At the end of your 30 day cycle, you can renew for another month or pause until you need support again. No subscriptions. No ongoing commitment.

➤ Payment is due on day-one to secure your spot in our calendar

➤ Services begin once payment is received

➤ Time does not roll over to the next cycle/month

➤ Additional work beyond your plan is billed at $250 per hour

➤ Unused time is not refundable or prorated

➤ Nonprofit organizations receive discounted rates

➤ Each new plan is scoped based on the volume of tasks you submit

Your selected plan activates for 30 days, giving you access to our web support and optimization services.

We will grant you secure access.
Once inside, select Requests → New Request to submit your list.

We respond to all requests within 24 business hours.
Business hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM MST.
